Current Needs

• Baskets
• Chocolate bunnies
• Easter themed books
• Easter stuffed animals (Example: bunnies, chicks, ducks, rabbits)
• DO NOT NEED PLASTIC EGGS OR GRASS

Our Easter program is open to children ages 1-12 only. Individual families requesting baskets must apply at least 3 weeks in advance of the WEEKEND before Easter. Please check your calendars in January to see whether Easter falls in March or April to avoid missing the deadline.

To help underprivileged families celebrate the Easter holiday, we fill Easter baskets with candy, books, small toys and stuffed animals. Each beautiful basket is stuffed with age and gender appropriate items then carefully wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon.

Over 1000 baskets need to be created and distributed which requires many volunteers. Please consider helping with this task; it is great fun! You can also help by donating items for the baskets such as: new or gently-used baskets, chocolate bunnies, individually-wrapped candy, coloring books, and toddler snacks (i.e., Goldfish crackers.)
